The space This rustic home is spread across TWO FLOORS with an internal stone staircase (original from the 1800s) to reach the second floor. After passing through the entrance gate you can access the ground floor of the house where you will be greeted by a bright kitchen, The KITCHEN consists of: ⁃ microwave oven ⁃ coffee machine ⁃ Gas stove and an electric oven ⁃ refrigerator and freezer ⁃ everything you need to prepare and enjoy your dishes ⁃ children's dishes From the kitchen you can reach the BATHROOM where you will find: - a very spacious shower with a seat - an elegant and comfortable shower enclosure - mirror with light - washing machine Returning to the kitchen, you can then decide whether to enjoy lunch or dinner on the beautiful OUTDOOR TERRACE with table and chairs ready to welcome you. An umbrella will shade you during the afternoon hours. On the outdoor terrace you can also find sage and rosemary in abundance, grown directly on site, which can be used during your meals. Returning to the house and always passing through the kitchen, you can access the LIVING AREA, where you will find a 3-seater sofa to welcome you, a TV and an area dedicated to work or study. There is a small storage room dedicated to the attractions of the area. Going up to the second floor you will find two very spacious bedrooms with a truly ancient charm in many small details. A regal-looking KING-SIZE bed in the first bedroom will pamper you during your rest. You will have plenty of space to rest. A second double bed in the second bedroom and many vintage details will be a setting for you, your guests or your family this truly special vacation, dedicated to of tranquility and peace. This house does not have air conditioning but a fan will be on-site and there is no a heating system. The house has a pellet stove for the winter and there is no heating. IMPORTANT NOTE: The Antica Dimora is located in the center of the small village of Borgnana, which can be reached on foot through a beautiful staircase, so the parking is not in front of the apartment but you can find it: ⁃ in the small square of Via Garibaldi 16 (park only if there is room in the white spaces), otherwise leave the car with the hazard lights on, unload your luggage and take it to the house and then move the car to the parking lot on Via Ca Moro. Guest access Guests can access independently through a code that will allow them to pick up the apartment keys. Other things to note PELLET STOVE This residence, being very old, offers an authentic experience without a central heating system. In the cooler months, the large pellet stove placed at the entrance provides an enveloping warmth to the whole the house, creating a cozy and intimate atmosphere. Before your arrival, you will receive a link to complete your online check-in, which requires: - uploading government-issued IDs, - a verification selfie, - signing the rental agreement.
