Welcome to our idyllic, rural apartment, which was awarded the Traveller Review Award 2026. You can look forward to a ground-floor apartment that is smoke- and pet-free. Free Wi-Fi access is included. The accommodation offers comfortable sleeping arrangements for four people. There is free parking right outside the door. The quiet location makes this accommodation attractive, while the A30 and A2 motorways are about 30 minutes away. The space Bedroom: The bedroom is furnished with a luxurious box spring bed (2mx2m) and offers blackout options for a good night's sleep. In addition to free bed linen, there is also a wardrobe with hangers at your disposal. Living rooms: In the living room there is a high-quality foldable sofa bed (1.4m x 2m) with integrated mattress and under suspension, which offers two additional sleeping places. Here, too, bed linen and blackout facilities are available. The room is also equipped with board games, a smart TV and a sound bar, ideal for relaxing evenings. Kitchen/dining area: The open plan living and dining area has a modern kitchen with oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge and freezer. For up to four people, there is everything you need for cooking and eating, including kitchen utensils, a paper towels, and a cleaning set. For your coffee and tea enjoyment, a kettle and a fully automatic coffee machine are available, with which you can make coffee, espresso and latte macchiato. The solid wood dining table with matching chairs invites for meals together. Baths: The modern bathroom is equipped with underfloor heating, a cosmetic mirror and a step-free shower entrance. Free hand soap, shower shampoo, hair dryer, two toilet rolls, one hand and one shower towel per person are available free of charge. Laundry area: In the laundry room you will find a washing machine, a clothes rack as well as a basic set of cleaning utensils. For our little guests there is a travel cot and high chair for children. There is also a first aid kit and a fire extinguisher to ensure safety. Outdoor: Our beautiful area is perfect for leisurely walks and bike rides, where you can enjoy the natural surroundings and unwind. For your daily needs, bakeries and a supermarket are easily accessible about 3 km away. The rural location is ideal, as the surrounding area still has numerous attractions and interesting excursion destinations available. These are detailed in our guidebook. Guest access From the apartment door, your personal living area opens up, where you can enjoy your time in a relaxed atmosphere and with a lot of comfort.
