In the countryside, nestled in lush greenery amidst fields, in a very quiet area at the edge of the woods, enjoy this beautiful, completely independent apartment in our house, perfect for a relaxing holiday away from the hustle and bustle of the city or for your business trips. This charming 45 m² apartment is located in the hills above Saint-Etienne-de-Saint-Geoirs, just 7 minutes from Grenoble Alpes Isère Airport – transfers available upon request The space Area: 45 m² Sleeps up to 4 people The air-conditioned apartment includes: - An entrance on the ground floor - An internal staircase leading to the living area Upstairs: - A fully equipped open-plan kitchen/living room with a smart TV and Wi-Fi - A living room with a 140x190 cm sofa bed - A separate bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed - A separate bathroom with a toilet, sink, and 120x80 cm shower Due to the open staircase, the apartment is not suitable for young children. The apartment is ideally located in the hills above Saint-Etienne-de-Saint-Geoirs, just 7 minutes from Grenoble Airport, close to La Côte-Saint-André (10 minutes), Voiron (20 minutes), and Central Alps (25 minutes), and Grenoble (40 minutes), allowing you to easily explore our beautiful region. Shops are nearby (5 minutes by bike). Outside, you have your own private terrace with a table, chairs, and a barbecue. Animals are part of the property (donkeys and horses) and will be delighted to welcome you and enjoy your pets (the animals should not be fed). Pets are welcome, provided they are sociable with other animals (a dog, two cats, donkeys, and horses are present). Linens and towels are provided. A welcome booklet is available in the accommodation and in digital format, offering suggestions for numerous activities and restaurants to help you make the most of your stay. Hiking maps are also available in the accommodation. Free parking is available directly in front of the apartment: maximum space for 2 cars or motorcycles (which can be stored safely in a secure garage).
