SHARED HEATED POOL FROM MAY 15TH TO OCTOBER 31ST The space LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN: This open-plan room consists of a leisure area with sofa, TV, air conditioning and dining table. The kitchen has a microwave, hob, fridge, dishwasher, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine. BEDROOM & BATHROOM The bedroom has a double bed, two bedside tables with lights, a sofa, a chest of drawers for storage, a charriot and a mirror. Sheets and towels included. In the bathroom there is a shower tray, washbasin with storage, toilet, hairdryer and towel warmer. OUTDOOR AREA The outdoor area is shared by the other houses in the development. The patio has a dining table seating six, a sofa, two armchairs, a parasol and a barbecue. The pool area has parasols, an outdoor shower and sun loungers. To access the pool you have to go down 6 steps. LAUNDRY The laundry area is also shared by the other houses in the development. It consists of an iron, a freezer with four drawers, two washing machines, a vacuum cleaner and a sink. OTHER INFORMATIONS - WI-FI throughout the house. - The patio, laundry room, and swimming pool are shared common areas with the other houses in the development. - SHARED HEATED POOL FROM MAY 15TH TO OCTOBER 31ST Guest access Guests have access to all the areas advertised for the period of their stay. Located on the ground floor, accessible by 1 step and has a private access directly to the street. Other things to note Crib available, upon prior request, at an additional cost of €10 per night, bed linen and baby high chair included. Once the reservation has been confirmed, all guests must fill in an identification form, in accordance with Portuguese law. Check-in will only be possible once this form has been sent in full.
