Ideally located for exploring Rye, Camber Sands, Rye Harbour Nature Reserve and the stunning Sussex countryside. The space The Puddle is a compact and thoughtfully designed one-bedroom self-contained space, perfect for couples or solo travellers. It features an open-plan living area with a cosy sofa and dining table, a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals, a comfortable double bed, and a modern shower room. The interiors are light and calming, and there’s a small outdoor seating area where you can enjoy a morning coffee or evening drink. Everything is designed with simplicity and comfort in mind. Guest access Guests have full, private access to The Puddle annex and the small outdoor seating area. The annex is completely self-contained with its own entrance and parking space. Please note that the main house and garden are private and not accessible during your stay. Other things to note Please be aware that The Puddle is a compact space, ideal for one or two guests. It's located in a peaceful rural setting, so a car is recommended to make the most of the local area. The annex is adjacent to Pond Cottage , but entirely separate, giving you your own space and privacy. There is a large gravel parking area directly outside the property, and the surrounding countryside is perfect for walking, exploring, or simply switching off. The accommodation is self catering.
