Sunny granny apartment near Bayreuth

The granny apartment has a parking space, which is right in front of the separate entrance. The apartment includes: - Hallway with separate toilet and shower, - Fitted kitchen with electrical appliances, - Open living room with dining area, flat-screen TV, ... - Bedroom with wardrobe and double bed, - Daylight bathroom with bath and shower, - Private terrace with sun awning and terrace furniture. The space Our apartment is thoroughly cleaned and, due to the coronavirus, frequently touched surfaces are then disinfected! Cleaning and disinfecting agents are also provided. It is comfortably furnished so you can feel at home. In the apartment, there are 2 stairs, one to the upper floor and one to the basement. The double bed in the bedroom is 180 m x 200 m. Wi-Fi is also available. Guest access The apartment is separate. In front of the entrance is a small lawn that can be shared. Other things to note We ourselves have 2 dogs and there can be barking from time to time. However, they do not have access to the entrance area of the granny flat. Pets are welcome, but please only by prior arrangement (type, number)! Smoking only at terrace! Please remove your shoes when inside the apartment, thanks!
