The granny flat has a parking space located directly in front of the separate entrance. The apartment includes: - Hallway with separate toilet and shower, - Fitted kitchen with electrical appliances, - open living room with dining area, flat screen TV, ... - Bedroom with wardrobe and double bed - Daylight bathroom with bathtub and shower, - Private terrace with a sun awning and patio furniture. We are looking forward to meeting nice guests and wish you a safe journey and a pleasant stay with us! The space Our flat is thoroughly cleaned, and frequently touched surfaces are then disinfected! Cleaning and disinfecting agents are also provided. It is comfortably furnished so that you can feel at ease. There are staircases in the flat, one leading to the upper floor and one to the basement area. In the bedroom, there is a 180 x 200 cm bed and a ceiling fan. Wi-Fi is also available. Guest access The apartment is separate. In front of the entrance is a small lawn that can be shared. Other things to note We ourselves have 2 dogs and there can be barking from time to time. However, they do not have access to the entrance area of the granny flat. Pets are welcome, but please only by prior arrangement (type, number)! Smoking only at terrace! Please remove your shoes when inside the apartment, thanks!
