Nestled in a quiet and green setting, our rental is ideal for couples, families or solo travelers. In the immediate vicinity, you will find everything you need: bakery, pharmacy, hairdresser and supermarket are within a 5-minute walk. Private entrance, equipped kitchenette, comfy double bed. The space The home has two floors and is fully privatized: 🔹 Ground floor: A separate entrance On the left side of the entrance, an outdoor area with paving stones furnished with a small table, accessible to guests to relax or have a meal outdoors An equipped kitchenette (hotplates, microwave, fridge, dishes, coffee maker...) Private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet 🔹 Upstairs (converted attic): An open bedroom with a comfortable double bed A sofa bed (suitable for a child or small adult) A foldable bed can be provided upon request Guest access Guests can access all the parts of the space, including: the upstairs bedroom the private bathroom the kitchenette the independent entrance and the outdoor space furnished with the table Other things to note Check-in: Check-in time is flexible, from 3 p.m. Check-out: Please vacate the accommodation before 10:00 a.m. Parking: Parking available on the street or nearby.
