Nestled in the quiet hamlet of Excoffonières, it offers an ideal setting to recharge your batteries with views of Mont Charvin. Close to Lac du Plan Dessert and many hiking trails, it is a perfect base for nature lovers. In winter, you are also close to Mont Rond and the start of the slopes to fully enjoy snow sports. A comfortable and well-located place, between calm, nature and mountain activities, summer and winter. Apartment description: The apartment welcomes you in a cozy living room, equipped with a sofa bed, coffee table, TV cabinet with storage for coats, and Wi-Fi included to stay connected. The kitchenette, friendly and fully equipped, has a table for 4 people, a microwave oven, dishwasher, induction hob, fridge with freezer, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, cooking utensils and dishes – everything is provided to make you feel at home. The spacious and relaxing bedroom has a large dressing room, a 160x200 bed with bed linen provided, for comfortable nights. The bathroom includes a shower, sink with mirror, washer/dryer, drying rack, hairdryer and towels are also included. Outside, a pleasant terrace awaits you, with a dining table and 4 chairs with cushions. Perfect for enjoying the sun part of the morning and afternoon until the end of the day. A locker closed by a padlock is also available on the terrace to store your equipment. Parking for free is available just in front of the house for your comfort as well as an electrical outlet for charging vehicles. Practical information: A cleaning fee of €50 is applied for each stay. We simply ask that you remove the sheets before your departure and take your trash. If you are traveling with a pet, please let us know in advance to make sure the conditions of stay are right for them. If necessary, a babysitting service can be made available at home, the conditions will be discussed together. Looking forward to meeting you soon! Guest access The chalet is located on the Plan Dessert road that leads to the lake. You can arrive independently thanks to the lockbox located at the entrance to the apartment.
