Internet speed in condo-Ultra Internet, 600 mbps/sec The space Located on Sandkey beach in Clearwater, Florida : Spacious condo 869 Sq Ft on the beach with direct views to the beach and Gulf of Mexico. It is ideally located and close to literally everything: downtown Clearwater & Largo, restaurants, airports, grocery stores, shopping, ball games, aquariums, museums, kayaking areas, bird sanctuaries, shelling beaches, miniature golf, golf courses, and theme parks. It is also within walking distance of wonderful restaurants, Sand Key Park, and shopping. Facts for you to know: Building is not new- was built in 1980 but is very well maintained, painted and renovated by Condo Association. 2 elevators were installed in 2023, all areas including pool and parking are very well maintained . As owners of this condo, we also take great care of our condo. Our current renovation was -Kitchen renovation and new windows in the living room in 2024. Just a few renovations: New floors installed; New front doors; new tracks for balcony sliding doors; New bathtub with surrounding tile, shower head, etc. Bathrooms and light fixtures renovated; new wall paint, new refrigerator, etc. IMPORTTANT: per our Condo Association - minimum rent is 30 days. To complete reservation per our Condo Association rules: our tenants have to submit photos of driver's licenses and to sign Condo Association Lease forms with rules of Landmark Towers Condominiums to be approved by Condo Association. After you booked our condo I will email you those forms. PS All forms need to be emailed to us no later then 5 business days before your beginning of rent. Bedroom: 1 King bed; living room:1 couch, 1 sofa-bed- perfect for a couple. 2 Cable TVs, WIFI. Fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator (no ice maker), stove with oven, dishwasher, microvalve, coffee maker, dishes, silverware, pots and skillets and more ; with 2 elevators. Condo equipped with everything you need for comfortable stay. Wi-Fi and Cable TV in the living room. Balcony is enclosed with glass sliding glass doors which can be open to the sea. No screens. Between bedroom and balcony and living room and balcony - also floors to ceiling glass sliding doors. There is additional cable box - in the bedroom - you can bring your TV for the bedroom. 3 large beach chairs and 2 beach umbrellas. Coin washer and dryer are across the hallway. There are only 12 units on our floor. Without balcony our condo is 869sq.f. For your arrival we will provide toilet paper (1 roll for each bathroom), 1 paper towel and a trash bag for the kitchen and small shampoo and soap - so you do not have to buy it right when you arrive. Condo owners will do their best to fix any problems inside the condo if any occurs. Condo owners are not responsible for weather, hurricanes, or other inconveniences of weather or nature, or for issues outside the condo unit : including issues with the building, pool areas, parking, etc. (Read more in our contracts.) Experience the surrounding towns by hopping on the free Jolley Trolley and enjoying the many sights and activities known to the area. Animals are not allowed. No smoking. Please note : per Condo Association rules any guest under 25 years of age must be accompanied by parent or legal guardian. Condo Association requires signed contract forms-to be submitted. If the forms are not received within 30 days after you book with Airbnb- your not completed reservation will be cancelled. Guest access All rooms in condo. Please keep in mind that our Condo Association needs 3-5 business days to receive and process your signed forms. Forms are very generic: they require your names, address, etc. and signature + copy of your driver license. The forms will explain your responsibilities and rules during your stay. After you book our condo I will email you Condo Associations forms for you to fill and sign.
