A place for those looking for peace and quiet. Our house is right by the sea. This means that you have a fantastic view from all rooms except the TV room. A large balcony in front of the house provides sun during the day. Next to the balcony is a hot tub. The beach is perfect for those who want to paddle and for children because it is shallow. Outdoor gym available for rent nearby. A couple of hundred meters away is a harbor. On Orust, there are exciting excursions. The town of Svanesund with grocery store and pizzeria is about 2 km away. The space The sea is 50 meters in front of the house. Lots of excursion destinations are 20 - 30 minutes from Svanesund, such as Käringön, Grundsund, Lysekil, Henån, Ellös and Skärhamn, among others. The house is completely new, with a hot tub on the outside. Guest access The downstairs of our house is all yours when you rent, so is the hot tub. Each floor has a separate entrance. There is no internal connection between the floors.
