Close to the sea, house with Spa

A home for those who are looking for peace and quiet. Our house is right by the sea. It makes you have a great view from all rooms except the TV room. A large deck in front of the house provides sun during the day. Next to the patio is a hot tub that maintains a temperature of around 38 degrees year round. The beach is perfect for those who want to paddle and for kids as it is shallow. There is an outdoor gym and a grocery store in Svanesund. A couple of hundred meters away is a harbor. At Orust there are exciting excursions. The space The sea is 50 meters in front of the house. Lots of excursion destinations are 20 - 30 minutes from Svanesund, such as Käringön, Grundsund, Lysekil, Henån, Ellös and Skärhamn, among others. The house is completely new, with a hot tub on the outside. Guest access The ground floor of our house is entirely yours when you rent, including the hot tub. Each floor has a separate entrance. There is no internal connection between the floors.
