It is surrounded by high walls on all sides, so you can use it comfortably without outside eyes, and it is a structure that is only open at the top, so it is good to spend a relaxing time looking at the sky during the day. You can set the temperature warmly according to the season, so you can enjoy a cozy time even at night. In the living room, there is a movie room with a 140-inch beam projector. It's a great place to spend a night of travel while watching your favorite movies or Netflix on a big screen. It is located in Gijang, Busan, so it is close to the sea such as Haeundae and Gwangalli, and there are many places to visit such as Yeonhwa-ri Hyeonnye Village, Gijang Cafe Street, and Coastal Drive Course. The space Private outdoor pool The biggest attraction of the accommodation is the private outdoor pool surrounded by high walls on all sides. It is a space that is shielded from outside view, so you can spend your time leisurely without being disturbed by anyone. As it is open only at the top, it is a great place to spend a relaxing time on the water while looking at the sky during the day, and in the evening, when the lights are turned on, you can feel a different atmosphere from that of the daytime. You can set the temperature to a warm level according to the season, making it a great space to spend a special time during your trip. However, there is an additional cost for adding hot water, so please contact us if you wish to use it. Living room movie room There is a beam projector installed in the living room that can display on a screen of about 140 inches. It's a great place to spend your nights on your trip watching your favourite movies or Netflix on a big screen. If you dim the lights and play a movie, you can feel the atmosphere of a small private cinema. Bedroom The bedroom has a cosy atmosphere and is designed so that you can relax comfortably during your trip. With its calm-toned interior and comfortable bedding, it's a great place to end your day's travel. Bathroom The bathroom is designed in a hotel style, so you can use it in a neat and pleasant way. Amenities from jo loves, a sub-brand of JO Malone, are provided for your convenience. Kitchen area There is a kitchen space where you can prepare simple meals or snacks. Basic cooking utensils and tableware are provided for your convenience. Private home stay It is a detached house where you have the entire property to yourself, so you can spend private time without worrying about encountering other guests. Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is at 11am. The basic number of people for House B is 4, and a maximum of 8 people can stay. From the basic number of people (4 people), the additional person fee is 50,000 KRW per person. If you wish to enter with more than the maximum number of people, please contact us. One additional bedding set is provided for stays of 6 or more people. If you would like additional bedding, there is an extra charge of 30,000 won per set. Access to additional guests and visitors other than the reserved number is restricted. If you exceed the maximum number of guests, you will not be admitted. All areas inside and outside the property are non-smoking. A separate special cleaning fee may be charged upon confirmation of smoking. You may be charged extra for severe contamination or damage to bedding and fixtures. One mid-cleaning will be provided if requested for consecutive nights or more. Simple cooking is possible, but cooking foods with a lot of smell or smoke (meat, seafood, maratang, etc.) is limited. The Yeonhwa-ri area is a zone where drone photography is restricted in relation to the protection of military and national facilities. This is a nature of your listing, and refunds for this reason are difficult. Please pay special attention to safety before and after using the pool. No pool use after drinking. The depth of the pool is about 110-120cm, and for safety reasons, children and infants must be meticulously cared for by their caregivers. The swimming pool is available all seasons, and it is warm and operated after setting the temperature according to the season. Guests need to be careful and caregivers for safety incidents during use. Safety incidents inside and outside the listing may be limited due to guest negligence, so please pay special attention when using it.
