The space Maltfields is a spacious riverside retreat with four bedrooms and four bathrooms, offering plenty of space and privacy for families and groups. All four bedrooms are located on the top floor, alongside two bathrooms, making the upstairs layout practical and convenient for guests staying overnight. On the ground floor there is an additional shower bathroom, ideal for use during the day and for guests using the main living spaces. The pool level also features a separate shower wet room, perfect for rinsing off before or after using the private heated indoor swimming pool. Having bathrooms across all levels of the house helps larger groups spread out comfortably, especially when getting ready in the mornings or after swimming. The property also includes spacious open-plan living and dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private cinema room connected to the pool area with direct access to the garden and peaceful riverside surroundings. Guest access The whole property is for private use and fully gated for added privacy and security. Guests also have access to the riverside acres, which include seating areas and direct river access. Dogs are very welcome, however we do ask that they are kept on a lead down by the river as neighbouring gardens can be easily accessed from this area. There is a gate leading directly down to the river, perfect for fishing, relaxing, or enjoying the scenery. We kindly ask that after using the riverside seating, benches are moved back up onto higher ground, as the river can occasionally flood and carry them away — which has happened before!
