Nestled in the heart of a Petite Cité de Caractère, Maison Malo Leone is a charming, fully renovated village house, perfect for an original getaway with friends or family. Classified as a 3-star furnished tourist accommodation, it offers a spacious and warm setting. Located in Mauléon, between heritage and nature, it places you close to the most beautiful tourist sites in the region. The space The location is very nice, it is a village house with local shops, bakery, butcher shop and market halls a short walk away. For your comfort, you have a space of 180 m² with a second floor. A fully equipped kitchen overlooking the patio, a large dining room with coffee and tea area, a TV lounge with board games for young and old and foosball. A toilet is on the ground floor. You will access by 2 stairs to the 1st and 2nd floor where you will find 5 spacious bedrooms with quality bedding made in France. The rooms are decorated with furniture and artifacts heathered from here and elsewhere, at each room its world. We specify that there are no shutters in the bedrooms, blackout curtains allow you to obscure the room. You have 3 bathrooms and 4 toilets. We have the possibility to provide you with towels for an additional fee of €40. For your peace of mind, there is a closed and secure inner courtyard with garden furniture, barbecue, and outdoor games. New semi-open space, great for meeting, reading, chatting, or doing nothing. Perfect for morning coffee or aperitifs with friends. Flea market corner to come and hunt for new gems found in the surroundings, enough to leave with a souvenir. We leave a cane stroller and a baby kit to avoid busy transportation. First condiments provided, table linen, bathroom mats, shower gel, shampoo and hair dryer in each bathroom. You will be in close proximity to shops: bakery, butcher, delicatessen, as well as market halls, within walking distance. A new restaurant has just opened in front of the house, we would recommend it without hesitation.
