It is about an hour by train or about an hour by car from Fukuoka Airport, and a 12-minute walk from the nearest JR Ore Station. Check-in and check-out are generally handled directly at the entrance of our home, and we will be as flexible as possible with the times, but please contact us beforehand as we may not be able to accommodate your request. Other things to note 🚗 About access, pick-up and drop-off, and luggage ✈ If you are taking the train from Fukuoka Airport, it takes 6 minutes by subway from Fukuoka Airport Station to Hakata Station (fare: ¥260), and about 1 hour from Hakata Station to Orihime Station on the JR Kagoshima Main Line express (fare: ¥1,170). The total travel time is about 1 hour 10 minutes to 1 hour 20 minutes, and the total fare is about ¥1,430. Express trains depart every 15-20 minutes. If you use the Limited Express Sonic, etc., it takes about 45 minutes from Hakata Station to Orioto Station, and a separate Limited Express ticket is required (unreserved seat ¥860, reserved seat ¥1,330). After arriving at Oorio Station, we will pick you up in a 7-seater Alphard. It is about a 5-minute drive to the accommodation, and the total time from Fukuoka Airport to the accommodation is about 1 hour and a half. From Fukuoka Airport, take the Fukuoka City Expressway (Loop Line) to the Kyushu Expressway, head toward Moji, and get off at the Yawata Interchange (exit toward Yawata/Kurosaki). From the Yawata Interchange to the inn is 7-8 km, about 15 minutes, and from Fukuoka Airport to the inn is about 70 km, about 1 hour 10 minutes to 1 hour 20 minutes without traffic, and the highway toll is around 2,000 yen. From Kitakyushu Airport, take the Higashi-Kyushu Expressway towards Fukuoka for about 45 km, which takes about 50-60 minutes. There is no parking on the premises, but there is free parking within a 1-minute walk. Parking is not prohibited on the road in front of the inn, but please use it only for temporary getting in and out of the vehicle, and move to the parking lot promptly after check-in. The location will be provided at check-in. 🌿 Regarding the use of the garden, BBQ, and camping: Please contact us in advance about using the garden or BBQ area. Equipment such as chairs, tables, BBQ tables, and hammocks are available for free. After the BBQ, please help us put out the fire and sort the trash. 🐾 About pets and animals: For security reasons, we have a guard dog behind the building. It may bark, but it will not enter the guest space.
