Ideal for business travellers, hospital visits, university stays, or Peak District trips. Located in a quiet residential area with free on-street parking. The space You will have your own private, lockable bedroom with a dedicated front door. The accommodation also has a separate rear exit, and guests can lock and unlock both external doors themselves. The area between the bedroom and shower room includes an ironing board, iron, hairdryer and mini fridge and is for your exclusive use. Please note that laundry facilities (washing machine and tumble dryer) are not available for guest use unless agreed with the host in advance. Once you’re settled, your privacy is fully respected, but I remain available if needed. Other things to note We share our home with a small, friendly dog called Benny. The suite forms part of our home and is separated by a locked internal door.
