The strategic location offers the opportunity to enjoy the main food and wine and tourist destinations of the renowned City of Alba and the entire Langhe region. The space The studio apartment of about 40 square meters is well lit and spacious. It includes a private bathroom and a small, fully equipped kitchen. Guest access Access to the apartment is on the ground floor, directly from the property's internal courtyard. The courtyard is shared with another family, is not fenced, and has no third-party access. There is a private outdoor parking space in front of the apartment. Other things to note A tourist tax of 1.50 euros per person per day is due and payable at check-out. PETS: are welcome at no extra charge. Isacco's Room is surrounded by hazelnut groves and vineyards that offer the opportunity for fantastic walks with your four-legged friends. It is mandatory to use a leash and to collect feces out of respect for all the dogs residing at Isacco's Room. In fact, there are 9 dogs on the property. They are not dangerous and are all in enclosed spaces or under our control. Inside, there is only one fundamental rule: IT IS FORBIDDEN TO LEAVE DOGS ALONE IN THE ROOM for their safety and well-being. If you need "dog sitting" service, please contact the host directly.
