Please handle them with care. - Early check-in (advance request required): available from 2 p.m. for ¥2,000 per hour, subject to availability. - Late check-out (advance request required): until noon for ¥2,000 per hour, subject to availability. - Luggage storage: luggage may be placed in your room after 1 p.m. on the day of check-in; we cannot accept luggage before that time or after check-out.• Please check your email on the day of arrival for self-check-in details. - Keep noise to a minimum, especially after 9 p.m. If emergency services are called because of noise complaints, a ¥30,000 fee will be charged. - No parties or events. - Remove your shoes indoors, and do not wear indoor slippers outside. - Leave all trash inside the room; do not take it outdoors. - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. -Swimsuits are required in the sauna. - Pajamas/loungewear and condiments are not provided. - Lost property will be disposed of 14 days after check-out.Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
