This is Building A of Hwayang Yeonhwa House, a private private house located in Gijang, Busan. The main attraction here is the private outdoor pool. It is surrounded by high walls on all sides, so you can use it comfortably without the outside gaze, and it is a structure that is only open up, so it is good to spend a relaxing time while looking at the sky during the day. You can set the temperature to a warm level according to the season, allowing you to enjoy a cozy atmosphere even at night. However, there is an additional charge for hot water, so please inquire if you wish to use it. There is a movie room with a 140-inch beam projector in the living room. It's a great place to spend the night of your trip watching your favorite movie or Netflix on the big screen. Since it is located in Gijang, Busan, it is close to the sea such as Haeundae and Gwangalli, and there are many good places to stop by such as Yeonhwa-ri Haenyeo Village, Gijang Cafe Street, and Coastal Drive Course. Bedrooms It is a cozy bedroom space designed to allow you to relax comfortably during your trip. It is a great place to end the day with a calm-toned interior and comfortable bedding. Bathroom The hotel-style bathroom is clean and comfortable to use. The amenities of Jo Malone's sub-brand, Jo Loves, are available for your convenience. Kitchen Space There is a kitchen space where you can prepare simple meals or snacks. Basic cooking utensils and tableware are provided for your comfort. Private house stay You can spend a private time without worrying about encountering other guests in a private structure that uses the entire property alone. This is a space that is suitable for couples traveling or those who want a quiet break. Guest access Guests have access to a private parking lot and have the entire building to themselves. You can stay more privately because you don't share space with other guests. Other things to note -Other precautions Please check the following for a pleasant and safe use. Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is at 11am. Access to additional guests and visitors other than the reserved number of guests is restricted. If you exceed the maximum number of guests, you will not be allowed to enter the room. All spaces inside and outside the property are non-smoking. A separate special cleaning fee may be charged if smoking is confirmed. Additional charges may apply for severe contamination or damage to bedding and supplies. If you request a stay of 3 nights or more, 1 mid-stay cleaning will be provided. Simple cooking is possible, but cooking foods that generate a lot of smell or smoke (meat, seafood, maratang, etc.) is restricted. Commercial photography and videography are not allowed unless previously discussed. If you need to take a photo or rent, please ask us in advance. The Yeonhwa-ri area is an area where drone photography is restricted in relation to the protection of military and national facilities. Minors are not allowed to stay without a guardian (legal representative). -Outdoor pool usage instructions The outdoor pool can be affected by the external environment due to its structure, so some insects or fallen leaves may enter. This is a characteristic of the accommodation, and it is difficult to get a refund for this reason. Please pay special attention to safety before and after using the swimming pool. Use of the swimming pool after drinking is prohibited. The depth of the pool is about 110-120 cm, and for safety reasons, careful supervision by parents is required when children and infants use it. The swimming pool is available in all seasons, and is operated after setting the temperature warmly according to the season. Safety incidents that occur during use require the attention of the guest and the care of the guardian. Please be especially careful when using the accommodation, as liability may be limited if a safety accident occurs inside or outside the accommodation due to the guest's carelessness.
