Welcome to our cottage. Corticeira de Baixo is a unique farm in the Alentejo, located 2 km from the historic center of Elvas. Estate with 5 hectares of natural landscape and complete privacy. The 700 m² house is always rented in its entirety, with a capacity for 12 people in total comfort. With 4 spacious suites, all with a double bed (two of the suites with the option of two single beds), with a private bathroom and closet, and a bedroom with 4 single beds. Bed linen, towels, bath gel and hair dryer are available. The concept excels in total privacy, and upon entering our house, you will be greeted by a beautiful winter garden. This property has a large house with several rest and social areas, the living room, the lounge with a fireplace and the dining room that open to the garden overlooking the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals. For lovers of games and entertainment, our room has all kinds of activities to share with family and friends. The entire house has central heating and air-conditioning in the suites and living rooms. Our entire space has free Wi-Fi access, both inside and outside the house. Guest access All living areas inside the house give direct access to the porch, with a dining table, and you can enjoy a landscaped lawn, a perfect place for children to play. The property has a garden around the house, with several leisure and social areas. In the fenced pool area, in addition to the adult pool, we have a children's pool.
