The fully equipped kitchen comes with a fridge, gas stove, oven, cookware, utensils, coffee, tea, and a Dolce Gusto machine — everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes or enjoy a hot drink. In the bathroom you’ll find a refreshing shower, soft towels, a hairdryer, iron, and thoughtful toiletries: soap, shampoo, hair conditioner, shower gel, toothpaste, hand cream, micellar water, cotton pads, and buds and etc. — handy if you forget something at home. A dresser, umbrella, shoehorn, and space for your luggage make it easy to settle in. The apartment is on the 4th floor (no lift), so please keep this in mind when bringing luggage. Other things to note During your stay, you’ll have access to reliable Wi-Fi — while it isn’t designed for heavy remote work, it’s perfect for everyday browsing, streaming, or staying in touch. Heating is provided by adjustable radiators in the colder months, and for warmer days there’s a portable fan (no air conditioning). Extra blankets, a duvet, and two pillows per guest are available to ensure you’re comfortable at night. Guests are welcome to enjoy the entire apartment as well as the building’s shared areas: the staircase, a free parking lot, and the peaceful inner courtyard. Nearby you’ll find grocery stores, a pharmacy, the bus and train stations, and an emergency department — everything you may need is just a short walk away. Please note that smoking and parties are not allowed in the apartment, so you and future guests can enjoy a clean, calm, and pleasant stay.
