Leptitcosy rated 3 stars Access to your 40 m2 apartment is through an independent entrance. Your accommodation is completely private: you will be at home, in complete tranquility. Designed for a stay for two, the apartment consists of: 🛁 A spacious bathroom with large shower, vanity unit and toilet. You will find everything you need: towels, shampoo and shower gel, hairdryer, iron. 🛏️ A bedroom equipped with a large, comfortable, high-end king-size bed (160 cm) and a wardrobe for your clothes. 🛋️ A cozy living room with TV, board games, brochures and wifi and a kitchen area including: fridge, microwave, oven, stove, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, juicer, raclette machine. We also provide essentials like salt, pepper, oil, coffee, tea, some nespresso capsules as well as sheets, towels and tea towels. 🌿 The icing on the cake: At Petit Cosy, we like to take care of you: You will also find small touches like a bottle of water, madeleines, chocolate or jam.... 👉 A private garden just for you including garden furniture, perfect for enjoying a coffee in the sun or an aperitif at the end of the day. Guest access You can park in the parking lot with peace of mind, your space is waiting for you. Access to your accommodation will be through an independent entrance to our house and then by the common staircase, on the landing of the 1 st floor you will find your fully private apartment. Access to your small garden is on the side of our house just to the right when you exit, walk along the driveway to the gate. Deckchairs await you to enjoy a quiet moment. Other things to note This accommodation is not accessible for people with reduced mobility. The accommodation is located on the first floor of our house.
