Quiet apartment a short walk from the central square of the town, with a unique view of the hills of the Teatro del Silenzio. Many places of interest to visit nearby: Volterra about 20 km, San Gimignano about 30 km, Pisa about 40 km, Lucca about 50 km. In less than an hour you can reach the sea, with the possibility of staying on the beach or renting a boat. La Chicchi has a wonderful 35-square-meter panoramic terrace with a dining area and a sun deck overlooking the Colline del Silenzio. One section of the terrace is shared with my parents, who live above and use it to access the ground floor of the building (see photos). The terrace is also overlooked by windows belonging to another property, which are rarely used. We welcome animals with joy. Independent entrance with two steps (access from the main street of the village), very close to the central square. Small entrance area with a sofa and bookshelf. The apartment is on the ground floor of the building, with a step between the entrance and the rest of the house. Rustic-style kitchen with a blender, popcorn maker, toaster, espresso machine, and mocha pot. Double bed with memory mattress and comfortable armchair bed. Large, fully equipped bathroom. We provide kitchen and bed linens; for the bathroom, there is one bath towel, one face towel, and one bidet towel for each guest. The property does not have air conditioning, but it does have a dehumidifier and fans for the summer. Each fixture is equipped with a mosquito net. There is no washing machine. Guest access Upon arrival, guests will be required to provide their IDs and pay the Accommodation Tax, which the Municipality of Lajatico has set at €2 per person for the first 5 nights (only for guests who have not already paid the tax at the time of booking).
