The villa is located in a dominant position from which you can admire the sea, the island of Montecristo Located 150 meters above sea level, you can enjoy a cool breeze even during the hottest days and you can take advantage of a large garden (for exclusive use) that surrounds the entire property. If you like to enjoy evenings outdoors under the stars, you are in the right place. The house is accessed through an automatic gate and a driveway that leads to the entrance where you can park 2/3 cars. Entrance: located under a veranda from which you have a wide view of the sea and the underlying garden with a large lawn where there are various types of plants, mandarins, oranges, succulents, lemons, pomegranates, palm trees, olive trees, figs and different pines under which you can relax admiring the sea on a comfortable hammock. Outdoor living area: under a large wooden pergola there is a corner sofa, from which you can admire the sea and the island of Montecristo, and a dining table for 4/6 people. Outdoor Dining Area: always with a sea view and always sheltered by a wooden pergola, there is a large rectangular granite table with two benches on the sides, also in granite, that can accommodate 10 people. Adjacent to the table is a wonderful barbecue, built in granite and steel, in which it is possible to grill for many people given its size. Hydromassage area: this stepped area with dry stone walls and lawn consists of a green part where you can relax on the sun loungers and a wooden floor with a small heated hydromassage for 3 people from which you can admire the best view of the villa. A granite shower with hot water is available. Descending further, we find ourselves in the midst of prickly pears and succulent plants that grow among the granite boulders characteristic of the place. Inside the house, there is an open space with a living area, fireplace, smart TV, dining area, and a large, fully equipped open kitchen. Through a corridor you enter the sleeping area where there are two double bedrooms with sea views and a bedroom with a bunk bed with 3 beds. At the end of the hallway is the bathroom with a large rectangular shower, sink with cabinet, toilet, and bidet. Guest access The accommodation and the entire garden will be for the complete and exclusive use of guests. The basement floor of the villa will remain closed.
