The nature around the villa is amazing with different kind of plants and trees and a private parking inside the property. It’s an oasis of peace and offers also a lot of privacy. Overall, very quiet and safe neighborhood. In general during the day it’s very nice and chill. The nature around the villa is amazing with different kind of plants and trees and a private parking inside the property. 3 bedrooms, 1 bedroom has a bed of 160x200cm the 2 bedroom of 140x200cm and the 3 bedroom 100x 200cm . all 3 bedrooms have a big wardrobe and sliding doors to the backyard. 2 bathrooms are equipped with a toilet, shower cabin and a sink and one washing machine with dryer. 1 big open and modern kitchen with a kitchen island, equipped with an American style refrigerator with a freezer and ice cubes maker, there is a filter for the water on the sink, a filter coffee machine, a cooking stove, toasty maker, electric kettle, oven, different kind of mixers/blenders and dishwasher, with all kinds of glasses, cooking utensils, plates and dining equipment. 1 big living room, fully furnished and equipped. All doors have net, double glass and the shutters/blinds can be controlled electronically. Dinning table outside in the garden and dinning table inside in the living room. Internet available. TV. Chromecast available if needed. There are tanning beds available if wanted in order to tan in the sun and enjoy the weather. A hammock in the garden and a swing as well. Gym equipment available on the back side of the property (right behind the bedrooms). There is also a table available with chairs outside. Alarm system for security and safety. There is also an automatic watering system for the garden and at night there are many lights and ofcourse you can choose which ones you want to use. There is an outdoor kitchen with a grill, and a small sink with a kitchen counter. There are 4 air conditioning inside the house, the house is very well insulated and it's always very cool in the summer. There are fans available if needed. Center of old Penteli is nearby with super markets, shops and cafe's. Enjoyable sunsets over Athens from Penteli. Close by metro but need to take either a taxi (won’t cost you more then 5 or 6€) or bus. It’s an oasis of peace and offers also a lot of privacy. Overall, very quiet and safe neighborhood. In general during the day it’s very nice and chill. There are other villa’s and small houses in the neighborhood. Good area for families with children but also for a group of friends or a couple. You can explore the center of Penteli and the beach of Nea Makri (approx. 20km from the house) where you will find bars, great restaurants and the beach of Sxoiná is next to it which is a beach but also a national park, really worth visiting and swimming in the crystal clear waters. Also the temple of Poseidon in Lavrio is nearby. The owner is very friendly and if there is anything you need he will be there to assist either via messages or in person. From the Airport Eleftherios Venizelos it’s a 20minute ride by car to the house otherwise you can take the metro in which case it is only a few stops (mind you the metro comes every 30 minutes at the airport). The villa is suited for a long term stay due to it's proximity to the beaches, the center and the endless possibilities you have in terms of activities. In order to go to the center (Syntagma station) you can take the metro towards Dimotiko Theatro with the blue line and within 20min max from the station Doukissis Plakentias you will be at the station Syntagma. Available for 5 people. There is also a baby cot available if needed. There is an upper floor of the house. Temporarily this is under construction, no one lives in it.
