Log house Kokořínsko

A unique original historic cottage in a pleasant location in the Kokořínsko Protected Landscape Area within driving distance to the water reservoirs Máchovo jezero. Possibility to use the pool on the neighboring property (conditions below in the description). The space Imagine a romantic (unique) historic log cabin in the heart of the Kokořínsko Protected Landscape Area, where you will be absorbed by peace, tranquility and bike paths all around, 9 km from the village of Dubá and 25 km from Lake Mach. Guest access In the log cabin on the ground floor you will find WiFi internet, billiards, stove, kitchen (oven, stove, fridge, kettle, coffee maker, seating), living room with seating and TV, room for relaxation with aesthetic fireplace (not used for heating), 1x double bedroom (double bed, seating), separate toilet. In the building on the first floor: 2x double bedroom (always two single beds), bathroom (sink, toilet, bathtub), room with billiards. Recommended for children over 10 years old with regard to the pond on the property. Dog: NO. Other things to note It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the house (it is a historically protected timbered structure). The house is not suitable for young children - there is a pond on the property, we want to ensure their safety, so from the age of 10, thank you for your understanding (we like children, that's why we warn about this). The price does not include flat energy for electricity/heating paid on site in cash. Not included in the price: tourist fees. Refundable deposit (CZK 5,000 paid in cash upon arrival), dog fee, and flat-rate energy fee. POOL: We offer the option to use the sunken pool on the neighboring property during the main summer season. The weekly fee is CZK 3,000 (payable on site upon arrival at the stay). You can find the pool usage policy in the property description. POOL: During the main summer season, you can use the in-ground pool on the neighboring property. Pool usage conditions: the pool can be used from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and then from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Lounging by the pool is NOT available - relaxation after swimming is on the property at the cottage you rented. This is only a bonus to your stay for an additional fee.
