The space This Property is a premium Lake side Cottage with one of the best 180 degree lake view in Pawana. Fully furnished with Bed, AC, TV, Mini Fridge, Kettle, Sofa and a well equipped Bathroom with hot water. Common Amenities include Huge lawn with swimming pool. Boating Experiences at the lake and lake access with a guide for Lake dipping. We also have generator for electricity back up incase of power cuts. Guest access The guests have access tot he entire common area along with the cottage they book. Any additional amenities like water sports is chargeable. Other things to note W- No illegal substances allowed - No smoking inside the house - We strictly prohibit entering the lake area from our premises. - If you wish to enter the lake waters you can do so from our neighbouring property or any open space touching the lake outside our property. - No littering anywhere - No shoes in the house - The management is not responsible for any loss of belongings of the guests - Please make sure to switch off all lights, electronic gadgets, windows, fans, taps while leaving your house - Kindly clear all the dues before check-out - Booking amount is non refundable. - Kindly treat the home as your own home and speak with caretakers respectfully.
