The bespoke kitchen includes a large island with breakfast bar, double fridge/freezers, double oven, induction hob, dishwasher, premium GRIND coffee machine, and elegant Soho Home dining sets. A separate utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, and second dishwasher adds convenience for longer stays. The dining table comfortably seats 10 guests and opens via patio doors onto the rear terrace, where a teak dining table for 12, charcoal BBQ, and modular outdoor sofa provide the perfect setting for relaxed al fresco dining and sunset drinks overlooking the countryside. The beautifully appointed sitting room centres around a striking open Cotswold stone fireplace with a double-sided wood burner shared with the adjoining snug. The snug offers a cosy entertainment space complete with Xbox, PlayStation, and an extensive collection of family board games. SONOS speakers in the kitchen and sitting room allow you to enjoy your favourite playlists throughout your stay, while eco-friendly underfloor heating keeps the home warm and inviting year-round. A spacious study also provides a quiet workspace for guests needing to stay connected. Each bedroom has been thoughtfully designed for restful nights and peaceful mornings, featuring Hypnos or Simba mattresses, White Company linens, bespoke blackout Roman blinds, premium toiletries, and TVs in all bedrooms except Bedroom 5. The master suite includes a super king bed, walk-in dressing room with vanity area, and a luxurious ensuite with freestanding bath and walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 offers a flexible zip-and-link configuration with super king or twin beds and nearby bathroom access. Bedrooms 3 and 4 feature king beds with ensuite bathrooms and walk-in showers. Bedroom 5 includes a king bed with ensuite bathroom and bathtub. Three travel cots and two fold-out camp beds are available on request for young children. Maximum of 10 adults per booking. Additional beds are suitable for children only. Please include the number of adults and children within your booking request. The grounds are a haven for outdoor enjoyment and countryside relaxation. Mature trees provide dappled shade while wooden footbridges cross a gentle stream leading to an open paddock — ideal for countryside strolls, picnics, and sunset views. Guests can also enjoy boules, giant Jenga, Connect Four, football goals, Kickman training equipment, spacious gardens, and outdoor entertaining areas. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome (small fee applies), with bowls, towels, and a welcome pack provided. For younger guests we also provide children’s dinnerware, cutlery and cups, two highchairs, three travel cots, and fold-out beds available on request. Guests enjoy private access to the entire house and grounds. A detached two-bedroom cottage and garages sit adjacent to the property and are accessed via the shared driveway. The owners may occasionally use the cottage but never during guest stays unless previously arranged. The cottage may also be available to rent separately for larger groups. We work closely with an exceptional private chef and would be delighted to help arrange a celebratory or special dining experience during your stay. Guest access Guests have private access to the entire house. Adjacent is a detached two-bedroom cottage and garages, accessed via a shared driveway. The owners may use the cottage occasionally but never when guests are staying unless previously arranged. The cottage—with two additional bedrooms—is available to rent on request at an extra cost. Other things to note Two well-behaved dogs are welcome on request for a small fee. We provide a welcome pack, dog bowls, and towels for your four-legged friend. Children and babies are warmly welcomed. We offer children’s dinnerware, cutlery, cups, plus two highchairs. We have three travel cots for infants and two small fold-out beds can also be hired for young children’s sleeping arrangements if needed. We do not accept stag or hen parties. Though private, Willowbrook is in a peaceful hamlet near other homes, so we ask guests to please respect our neighbors. The property is secured with external CCTV and an ANPR security gate.
