The house is on 3 levels with a surface area of about 80 m²: ✨ Ground floor: A fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and a wood-burning stove, a separate living room, as well as a toilet and a small laundry room. ✨ First floor: The master suite, with a 160 x 200 double bed, a large dressing room and a private bathroom (shower and toilet). ✨ Second floor: A flexible space with 3 single beds, which can be arranged as a large double bed and a single bed to accommodate families (perfect for 3 children or a couple and a child). 🌳 Outside: Find a private dining and relaxation area to recharge your batteries in the heart of the Aveyron countryside. 🎁 Extras: 🎲 Games for young and old are available 🚀 Fast WIFI (Fiber Optic) 🛏️ Linens included (sheets and bath towels) 🧼 Complete basic equipment available (Dolce&Gusto tea & coffee, toilet paper, cleaning products, shower gel, laundry, etc.) 👶 Baby Equipment: High chair available and umbrella bed on request. Important to know: The accommodation is unsuitable for people with reduced mobility. Pets are allowed🐾. 📍Please note that our house is located in a village with nearby homes as well as farms. Walking trails in the heart of nature are just steps away. There is no business in the village (except for a bakery accessible by crossing the national road), but a pretty historic center, a park with children's games, bocce court and city stadium and pretty spots by the river Aveyron. 🤎 We can't wait to welcome you and introduce you to our beautiful region!
