This old farmhouse from 1824, typically Auvergne with an area of 250 m 2 is located in the heart of the Margeride forest at an altitude of 928 m in a peaceful hamlet. 18 months of renovation allowed us to preserve the authenticity of this house, beams, wooden floors, cantou sink wall in Auvergne stone, traditional furniture, decorations of old objects that highlight our fauna, flora, our activities and our cultures, a simplicity and authenticity emerges from the places. The space In a green setting, a 3500 m2 enclosed flowery plot, surrounded by pastures, not overlooked, with private parking for 4 vehicles, as well as the possibility of parking your motorcycles and bicycles in a garage.
