Nestled in a natural setting, it’s ideal for those looking to disconnect without giving up modern comforts. On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious living-dining room—perfect for sharing moments with family or friends. The kitchen, which opens onto a spacious patio, is located at one end, while at the other end there’s a practical laundry room and a guest toilet. Going up the stairs, we reach the first floor, which features a full bathroom with a shower. Here you'll also find two bedrooms with large, comfortable beds. Both bedrooms have access to a small balcony with a table and two chairs—perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or watching the sunset. The master bedroom also includes a cozy dressing room with a sofa and a large window overlooking nature, making it an ideal reading nook or relaxation space. On the second floor, you’ll find an open-plan area full of charm. With its original exposed beams and sloped ceilings (maximum height 160 cm / 5’3”), it’s a space especially suited for young people or adults looking for something a bit different. Please note that this area is not recommended for small children, as it has no door and opens directly onto the staircase. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire house and its facilities, allowing them to enjoy a comfortable and authentic experience. They are free to use the fully equipped kitchen, the laundry room, the three bedrooms, the living-dining area, the full bathroom, and the guest toilet. In addition, the house features a balcony with spectacular views, an outdoor patio ideal for al fresco dining, and a grassy garden area—perfect for unwinding and breathing in the fresh air. The property is located in a quiet, private area surrounded by nature, making it the perfect place to relax, read, or simply disconnect from the pace of everyday life. At the edge of the property, guests will find a small chicken coop. We invite them to interact with the hens respectfully. If they wish, they are welcome to collect any eggs laid during their stay—always in a responsible and caring manner toward the animals.
