Cozy cottage in Ardre/Ljugarn with sun from early morning to evening! The cottage is located about 1.5 km from Ljugarn beach and Folhammar's limestone pavement. Here you live next door to a 9-hole golf course. Padel court, outdoor gym and hiking trails are within walking distance. Proximity to nice restaurants/cafes, shops and mini golf in Ljugarn. The space The cottage consists of a combined kitchen/living room. One bedroom with a double bed and an open sleeping loft with two single beds (as the steps to the loft are somewhat steep, children under about 6 years are not recommended). Kitchen with stove, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, kettle and microwave. Bathroom with shower, wc and washing machine. The terrace has outdoor furniture with six seats, parasols and barbecue facilities. Garden with plenty of room for play or rest in the hammock. Guest Access Private parking next to the property. Other things TO note For rent to adults (+25 years) During high season, the cottage is rented out weekly, with change on Sundays. Guest access Guests have access to the cottage and associated parking. You do not have access to the adjacent storage room. Other things to note Cleaning is not included and is handled by the tenant (unless otherwise agreed). Duvets and pillows are available for 4 people. The tenant must bring their own sheets and towels. Smoking or pets are not allowed.
