Charming house by Dalälven

Welcome to the charming house by the Dalälven river! The house is suitable for you who want to enjoy the tranquility but still have proximity to the city. The house is only 1200 meters from central Avesta, making it easy to get to restaurants and shopping on foot or by bike. It is also within walking distance to Gamla Byn, Avesta's oldest district. Here, you can walk along the river on the nice promenade and see buildings from the 1630s. The accommodation was newly renovated in 2024 with a new kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. The space The house of 106 sqm (guest house 51 sqm) has two bedrooms. One with a double bed and one with two single beds. Possibility of more beds available. Crib is available to borrow. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, microwave, oven and dishwasher. Kitchen accessories such as coffee maker, toaster, plates, cutlery and glasses are available. At the back, there is outdoor furniture, a barbecue and a fantastic view of the Dalälven river. Bed linens and towels are not included but can be obtained upon request at a cost of SEK 100/set.
