Our charming studio apartment is located right in the center of the university and Hanseatic city of Greifswald – ideal for exploring the city comfortably on foot. Here you will find a cozy living and sleeping area with a comfortable double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), incl. linen, which can also be converted into two single beds if desired. For a third person, we are happy to provide a comfortable extra bed. In the small but well-equipped kitchenette you will find everything you need for a relaxing breakfast or a light dinner: fridge, mini oven, 2 hotplates, coffee maker and kettle. The modern bathroom has a shower, toilet, towels and a hair dryer – so you can feel completely comfortable. As an overnight business, we are legally obliged to collect this tax from our guests and forward it to the city of Greifswald. For some booking portals, the overnight stay tax can be collected directly automatically. Unfortunately, this is not currently possible on Airbnb. Therefore, in these cases, we must request the tax from you in retrospect.
