Guest access Your guest suite, The Cosy Nook, which is suite one at The Cosy Corner, includes a queen bed, private ensuite, linen, towels, hairdryer and amenities. Besides your private room and ensuite, you'll have full access to all shared areas of the house, including: Kitchen | Crockery, utensils, tea/coffee area - tea, coffee and afternoon tea is provided. Available for use: Fridge and microwave only. Please note that the chef's ovens and gas stovetop are not accessible, as this area is designated for a home-based business. We do provide a light breakfast for you during your stay. Dishwasher | Dishwashing powder provided. Please ensure that all dishes and utensils are rinsed before placing them in the dishwasher. During your stay As one of us is working from home, we’ll be here to warmly welcome you when you arrive. During your stay, please note as you will be sharing our living spaces, you will hear us moving through the house. In our home, cooking and baking often take place in the kitchen, where one of us tends to work. You're more than welcome to come in, socialise, or simply relax in the kitchen—your presence is always appreciated, and we promise you won't be in the way. We understand that everyone has different comfort levels when it comes to interaction. If you’d prefer to keep things low-key, please don’t hesitate to let us know. We totally respect your wishes and value your need for privacy. As we reside in a neighbourhood that values family, we kindly ask that you be mindful of noise levels during the evenings, keeping them as low as possible. Other things to note To ensure a comfortable experience for all our visitors, we respectfully request that guests staying be 15 years old or older. No smoking or vaping on the premises.
