Welcome to the new tiny house. It was completed in July 2025. This great place is anything but ordinary. Vacation in a tiny house in Franconian Switzerland. Well thought-out, high-quality equipment and individual furnishings. Allergy-friendly. Enjoy this vacation home all to yourself. The space You will have the whole tiny house and the terrace to yourselves. Enjoy the magnificent view from the panoramic window into the Regnitzgrund. Especially at sunset, a dream. The cozy window bench invites you to read, relax and dream. In the fully equipped kitchen you can cater for yourself, the dining area as well as the living room and the TV are always in view. The dining area is directly connected to the kitchen. You can also convert the dining area into a workplace. You can set up both a sitting and a standing workstation here. There are sockets, USB and USB-C connection as well as Wi-Fi. A coffee machine, kettle and kitchen make working pleasant. The bedroom has a double bed 150 x 200, a wardrobe and a built-in shelf. Here, too, the large panoramic window offers views of the beautiful surroundings. The sleeping alcove in the attic has a ceiling height of about 1.50 m and is furnished with two single beds in the size 80 x 200 and a built-in shelf. This area is ideal for children or as a retreat. Enjoy the magnificent view directly from the bed into nature. If necessary, the sofa in the living room can be used as a bed in the size 125 x 200. The bathroom has a large shower, sink, mirror and toilet. Towels are of course available for you. We have placed emphasis on allergy-friendly furnishings. That's why the sofa in the living room is made of faux leather, as are the bar stools at the dining area. All mattresses are covered with an encasing cover.
