Murrayfield, Haymarket Room

Located just a few minutes walk from Murrayfield Stadium on a quiet street, the room has everything you need for a city-centre stay. A short 12 minute walk to Haymarket Train Station, 8 minute walk to the Tram stop, or a 30 second walk to the bus stop where buses take you through town every couple of minutes. There is on-street parking in the area (just avoid the permit spots between 1.30-3.30pm) and park out with these spots. I am a friendly, professional living here with my two cats. The space Large double room with high ceilings, plenty of space for two people. A wardrobe to store your possessions, desk for working, dressing table, two bedside tables, and a brand-new very comfy mattress. The bed is a double size. Guest access Fridge to store your perishables in the kitchen. The bathroom is shared with myself and the shower is one of the best there is! Dual powerful rainbow shower. During your stay As a seasoned traveller, and having lived multiple places abroad, I know what it's like arriving in a new city. Sometimes a friendly face is great, but likewise, I am happy to leave you to it. Other things to note Downstairs, there is a fabulous restaurant, which specialises in high-end Scottish cuisine. They have tables outside which are a sun-trap, and it's the perfect spot for brunch and aperol spritz! Please note, Edinburgh city tax from 24 July 2026 is 5% of the first 5 nights, to be paid at arrival.
