Two bedrooms (one bedroom with double bed, one separate room with two single beds), a spacious and fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area and the sun terrace invite you to enjoy and relax. This idyllic and spacious property (96 m² on 2 levels) with a fantastic garden offers pure relaxation in nature. There are numerous playgrounds and swimming facilities on the lake nearby. An ice cream parlor Venezia am See can be reached in a few minutes for a delicious breakfast or a delicious ice cream sundae. Whether a walk through the cultural park or a bike tour around the lake or across the lake district – treat yourself to a few days away from everyday life! The space Our two-story house has two comfortable bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds per room) and a spacious bathroom with shower upstairs. All beds will be made for your arrival. Towels are also available for all guests. On the ground floor, you can reach a guest toilet, a living room connected to a large and high-quality kitchen via the friendly entrance area. From the living room you can access the cozy terrace in the garden. A utility room with a washer-dryer and a barbecue in the shed in the garden offer additional amenities. Other things to note Fresh towels and new linen are available at an extra cost after a week's stay. This house is suitable for families or couples. The maximum occupancy is for 4 people. The property has no fences. Please note this when booking with toddlers. Unfortunately, you cannot bring your pets.
