This villa comes with 4 bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms, AC and wardrobes. The master bedroom boasts a bathtub and shower with a balcony ovelooking the Indian Ocean. Located in a gated community with 24/7 security The space With unobstructed view of the Indian ocean and very easy access to the beach. This Villa boasts 4 Bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms that can sleep 8 guests and a walk-in infinity pool from the gazebo and ocean facing balcony with a waterfall. The gazebo has a rustic dinning table where the whole family can sit outside and have dinner or drinks. The second floor contains a spacious Master bedroom equipped with a king sized bed with its balcony overlooking the Indian ocean. Its ensuite bathroom is adorned with a bathtub, shower and plenty closet space. Also on the upper level, there are 2 more bedrooms with queen sized beds able to comfortably sleep 2 people per room with ensuite bathrooms equipped with a shower. And 4th bedroom is on the main floor with 2 full sized beds, also has a bathroom equipped with a shower. The Villa has 8 air-conditioning units to meet your comfort and plenty of sea-breeze. You will be allotted with enough electricity to cover general daily usage, however be mindful to turn off air-conditioning, lights etc in unused spaces while occupying the Villa or when away from the Villa. Your effort will help conserve power and make our planet greener. It only take these powerful units 5-10 minutes to cool down your space. The Island of Zanzibar experiences frequent power outages, therefore for your convenience this Villa is equipped with a back up diesel generator that will turn on when power is out. Please allow a few minutes for that to happen. Guest access The entire Villa is accessible to the guests except for a small room that does not open into the Villa used for storage. Other things to note Fumba Uptown Living (locally known as Fumba kwa Bakhresa) is a 24-28 minute from Zanzibar Airport and about 36 minute drive to the Ferry Terminal if arriving by boat from the mainland and 32 minute drive to Stone Town. Safari Blue Tours offering full day ocean excursions that include sailing through the mangroves, snorkeling in Menai Bay which has some of the most beautiful coral reefs is just 5 minutes away. The closest supermarket, pharmacy and liquor store is located in CPS Fumba Town which is about 7-10 minutes away dependant on the route taken which has some restaurants if you choose to eat out. Outside the Fumba Uptown Living gated compound about 6 minutes away is a restaurant serving a compliment of sea food and other dishes worth visiting.
