This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. A single-level house on a 400 m2 fenced garden, well located for exploring the Tarn! The village of Briatexte is centrally located for exploring the riches of Tarn. A few meters from the cottage, in the village, the first amenities: supermarket, pizzeria, bar, pharmacy... The space LE GITE: Located in a quiet residential subdivision, the Reflet d'Epoque cottage is a sweet mixture of antique and restored objects with touches of modernity to find the right balance. The house is on one level with two steps outside to access the cottage. The entrance opens onto a hallway that leads to: - on the left, an equipped kitchen: dishwasher, oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and filter coffee machine. - on the right, the living room with TV and dining table - a self-catering toilet - a bathroom with a shower. - three bedrooms: two with a 160 x 200 cm bed, and the third bedroom with a 80 cm single bed with a drawer that can be used as a 160 cm double bed. From the kitchen, access to the garage where the washing machine is located. You can put your car in the garage, or easily park in front of the house. Outside: a covered terrace to enjoy your morning coffee or a meal outside. The garden surrounds the house and is fenced. On request: complete baby equipment (high chair, bed, stroller, playpen...). Guest access the entire house and its grounds are reserved for guests.
