Rooftop porch with shaded pergola and panoramic sea views. Main unit includes: Spacious kitchen Double bedroom with private balcony facing the bay Living room (open, can be used as an extra sleeping space) Toilet and shower accessed via the living room Traditional Greek grill by the entrance A few steps down is a separate secondary unit with: Two single beds Kitchenette Toilet and sink Outdoor area includes: Hot outdoor shower with full privacy Outdoor bathtub with sea view under a citrus tree Garden with olive, citrus, and fig trees Guest access Guests have full access to the house with both units, the rooftop porch, the garden, the outdoor shower and bathtub. There are outside stairs connecting all levels of the property. Other things to note Nimporio is a small, quiet village located in an isolated bay. In season, you'll find a couple of taverns, a beach kiosk, and a vibrant cocktail bar. The area is peaceful and scenic, perfect for unwinding and enjoying nature. Expect stunning summer sunsets from the rooftop. Please note: The two units are connected via an external staircase. Guests will go outside and down a few steps to access the lower unit.
