The house has a large garden, a spacious sunroom that can be used in spring, summer & fall. Fireplace, TV, well-stocked bookshelf, board games & some toys. Close to ski slopes and ski trails, skating rinks, snowmobile, biking and hiking trails, lots of fishing waters. Swimming, flea markets, mushroom picking. Nature & culture. The space Accommodation The house is located about 7 km from the center of Malung (8 minutes by car and 25 minutes by bike) on the western side of the Västerdalälven river. It is only a few hundred meters to the river bank. There are two bedrooms on the second floor. One with a double bed and one with a sofa bed and a bed. There is also a desk. (Bed linens and towels are not included but can be rented for SEK 150/per person.) Shower and toilet are on the second floor. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen with a dining area for 5 people. The lounge has a dining table seating 8 people and a seating area around the fireplace and TV. In the entrance, there is a washing machine and dryer as well as cabinets for storing clothes and shoes. In spring, summer and fall, you have access to a large glass-enclosed outdoor room with both seating and dining areas as well as a charcoal grill. On the property, there is a large barn. We are also in the process of converting part of the barn into a smaller apartment. So we'll sometimes spend the night there. There have been CATS and DOGS in the house. Other You have the house to yourselves, but sometimes we are in the barn doing things or fetching water outside. Other things to note Bed linens and bath towels can be rented for SEK 150/set. Firewood is available that is enough for a few fires. More can be bought on site SEK 60/bag.
