Our charming apartment sleeps up to 5 people and is the perfect retreat for families, couples or small groups. The space The apartment has: *One separate bedroom with double bed (180 × 200) *One sofa bed (180x200) for two people *An additional sofa bed (140 x 200) in the kitchen for one person *a modern bathroom with shower *a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, fridge & freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee pad machine *Books and board games for cozy evenings The entire grounds of the knight's property are open to you during your stay. Whether grilling at the Lindenplatz, playing table tennis, romping in the playground or ending the evening at the fireplace – here is a space for shared experiences. Ball games are also welcome in the large meadow! Parking is available directly on the estate. Other things to note There is no smoking in all indoor spaces. ** Please be aware that 1 free parking space is available per booking. Each additional parking space costs €15.00 per stay ** ** Please note that bed linen and towels must be brought with you ** **Late check-out until 2:00 pm is possible on request. For this extension, we charge a one-time surcharge of €25.00 ** **Dog rules: no dogs on beds, sofas and chairs and In the event of excessive soiling, we will charge you for the increased cleaning effort**
