The space Located on an open wooded lot of 2100 m2, between Metz, Nancy, Pont à Mousson, and 20 minutes from Lorraine Airport and Lorraine TGV, "La Ferme d 'Estelle", whose entire renovation was completed in 2025, offers a maximum capacity of 26 people. This accommodation capacity is spread over three distinct spaces with independent entrances and terraces: 1- La Maison d'Estelle: the old 128 m2 house where Estelle lived until her great departure extends over 3 levels. On the ground floor, a large fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, Delonghi grinder coffee machine, refrigerator, 3-drawer freezer, food processor), a dining area for 10 people, a beautiful living room with daybed and sofa, a swivel armchair, an office room with a comfortable sofa bed 160 cm, a separate toilet, a bathroom-laundry room with shower 120 x 90, 5 bedrooms including one located in bright attics, 4 bathrooms including 1 equipped with a shower and bathtub, a large equipped kitchen opening onto a large private wooden terrace by a huge bay window 4 meters long. Maximum capacity: 10 people. 2- L'Étable Bienveillante: Located on the ground floor in the old barn, this 50 m2 bright and crossing F1, includes a bedroom as well as a living room that opens through a large bay window onto a private terrace of 15 m2 topped with a bioclimatic pergola. The latter offers a magnificent view of the large garden and direct access to the path leading to the other accommodations. The 2nd bed, a comfortable 160 cm sofa bed, is located in the living room. The bathroom with toilet is communicating with the bedroom, the 2nd bed must be used for very intimate people. Everything is modular and can be arranged according to your needs upon request during booking. o Upstairs, 4 accommodations: Hay Side: this 42 m2 F1 crossing with a colorful industrial atmosphere is composed of a living room with a beautiful equipped kitchen, a 160 cm sofa bed, a bedroom equipped with a king size bed and a beautiful workspace, a beautiful bathroom with 120 x 90 shower, independent toilets. Capacity: 4 people. Straw Side: Chic studio of 32 m2 with a golden and navy blue atmosphere, with a separate sleeping area and a king size bed and an enclosed ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet. On the other side of the partition, the living room with a space dedicated to work can be transformed into a sleeping space thanks to a sofa bed 160 cm wide. A fully equipped kitchen with a multifunctional oven including a microwave, a Bob dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer section, allows the preparation of meals. Capacity: 4 people. Wood Side: Cozy studio, wooded atmosphere, double twin beds that can be joined together as well as a bathroom with 120 x 90 shower and toilet. Côté Blé: Elegant and modern bedroom with en-suite bathroom with 160x90 shower and toilet, ideal in addition to other accommodation. Capacity: 2 people. Ideal place to gather and share unforgettable moments. Guest access The rental of "La Ferme d'Estelle" allows access to the entire building, its garden and its facilities.
