The Domaine des Rochers and its wooded park of 2 hectares are located in Le Vaudoué, municipality of the natural park of Gâtinais. The property enjoys direct access to the Trois Pignons forest massif. A few flaps from the iconic climbing spots and the Three Gables Forest, here you'll live to the rhythm of nature and calm that reign supreme. The change of scenery starts from the access path to the estate that immerses you in the middle of the Fontainebleau forest massif: its sandstone blocks, sand and century-old trees. Go through the gate, you will immediately be amazed by the environment, the house that springs from the rocks and of course its swimming pool. EXTERIORS: Landscapes are carefully maintained and cohabit with our private forest and sandstone blocks. Please note that the house is equipped with an outdoor camera to secure the entrance to the property. POOL: The saltwater pool faces southwest. It offers you an 8m x 10m pool and a nice 20m x 2m swimming lane. The 100m² teak beach is a call to relaxation and sunbathing. Please note that the pool water is at NATURAL temperature. The pool is open from JUNE to SEPTEMBER. TERRACE AT the CANOPY: When you have put your bags down, you can then explore the estate by taking its paved path through the forest that leads you to a breathtaking 100m² wooden terrace at the canopy of trees. Here, you can organize your picnics with a unique view of the forest massif. PRIVATE CAVE: Sheltered from the sun, let yourself be tempted by a break at the end of the day in the cave of the estate. TERRACES: choose your space of the moment... in the sun against the pool around the dining table, in the patio in the middle of the rocks, on the hemicycle balcony facing the estate and the pool. PARKING: You can easily park at least 5 cars at the property. ARCHITECT'S HOUSE for 14 people: the house was built in the 70s to integrate fully into its natural environment and in particular the sandstone blocks that surround it. 300m² at your disposal built on 4 levels. The interior decoration is an invitation to travel beyond our borders and a dive into the VINTAGE years that perfectly blend natural materials. It is equipped with satellite WIFI. ON THE GROUND FLOOR You arrive through the main entrance which allows you to access the floor by a staircase. BEDROOM 1: double bedroom and its private shower room. Independent toilets are at your disposal. 1ST FLOOR: Discover your living space: a masterful double stay and its cathedral ceiling open to nature with its glass facade overlooking the pool or its back patio: lounge area, conversation-pit, typical of the 70s, grand piano. The room is equipped with plenty of seating around its coffee table. The perfect place where you will definitely enjoy your end of the day. This is also where you will find the dining area for 14 people. The independent kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner induction cooking piano + 1 warm holding fire, 2 rotating heat ovens and 1 grill oven/microwave oven, a dishwasher, 1 American refrigerator-freezer, most of the small appliances such as Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker...and of course the dishes and cooking utensils to make your meals real moments of conviviality. There is a toilet on this floor too. BEDROOM 2: master suite in alcove with access to the balcony. It has a queen-size bed, a dressing area and its marble bathroom for a dive in the vintage years: bath, shower, double vanity and independent toilet. a small office space is also integrated into the bedroom. STORY 2: Through the main staircase, you access the landing with its bird 's-eye view of the living room then the hallway that serves 3 bedrooms: BEDROOM 3: a queen-size bed and its office space facing the garden, a shower room and a sink. BEDROOM 4: a triple bedroom with 3 single beds and bathroom open to the bedroom with bathtub and single sink. BEDROOM 5: one queen-size bed and flat screen TV. An independent bathroom with a bath, shower and double vanity. Separate toilet on this floor. 3RD FLOOR: BEDROOM 6: via a small staircase, you access a dormitory room under the slope with 3 single beds. During the hot season, fans are at your disposal in this room. Finally because this house has all the layout for short and long stays, you will find a small vintage laundry room with 1 washing machine and a dryer on the ground floor. Very special care is taken on the quality of linens provided to you. Guest access To avoid any disappointment, we specify that the accommodation has steps and is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. You will have access to all open areas and their amenities. Private rooms are closed and forbidden. Your access is private and is through the property gate. Other things to note To confirm your reservation, you must approve the house rules and also the check-in and check-out instructions. You will stay in Sophie's family home, who has entrusted Nadège and her team with the task of welcoming you and organizing your stay. The Domaine des Rochers promotes sustainable practices :) and the cocooning of its customers! Some information is necessary for the smooth running... thank you in advance for your understanding: Your welcome and the handover of the keys will take place in the premises of the Conciergerie de Nadège in Milly-la-Forêt between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. or independently after this time. Please let us know your arrival time as soon as possible and let us know if you are late on the day. All this allows us to welcome you in the best conditions. Before you arrive, we will send you your welcome booklet, which is full of useful information about your accommodation and advises you on good places to visit :) The inventory of the accommodation is in the welcome booklet. You will have 24 hours to report any failure or problem. You can request a cleaning service and a change of bedding and towels during your stay. The cost will be at your expense. If you want this service, don't hesitate :) It is MANDATORY that you only use recycled toilet paper in the toilet as the house is equipped with a septic tank.
