A Room within a very Spacious Heritage Apartment which renders an extremely comfortable and homely transit stay. Me being a Seasoned Hospitality Professional, I always ensure to try to make your stay as stress-free and comfortable as possible. In the event you need something additional I would definitely try my best to make it available for you if it is within my means. The space A Spacious, Clean & Comfortable Double Room with en suite bath and toilet. Your Room is very spacious and equipped with an Extra Large King Size Bed. Comfortable for a Small Family of 3 or a Couple. Extremely Comfortable for a Single Person. The Apartment is strategically located just 10 minutes away from the Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose International Airport. Suitable for a Transit Stay or for someone who is looking to stay in a calm and peaceful environment. This is an ideal place to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Guest access Guests have a Private Room with an attached en-suite bath and toilet. There is also a Balcony with a small Garden attached to the Room. For Long Term Bookings Guests would need to give access to the Balcony at least once in 3 days to allow for the maintenance and upkeep of the plants. The Hall cum Dining & the Kitchen & additional Washroom are shared spaces which are shared with me. The Additional Washroom houses the Washing Machine which can be used by the guests without any additional charges. Guests would need to buy their own laundry detergent to use in the washing machine. Kitchen Access is given at an additional Flat charge to cover the basic cost of the utilities. If you are using the Kitchen for cooking kindly declare the same and pay separately for that while checking out. During your stay I live in the same Apartment and am available most of the time for anything that you may need. At times when I travel out for work or other reasons I would still be always reachable on my Mobile. I always like to give Guests the space they need. Other things to note As a Security Feature the Main Door to the Apartment Building gets locked from the inside between 10 to 10:30 pm every night. However on prior communication should you decide to spend a late night out with friends or family, based on your communication i would inform the concerned neighbour to leave the main door open so that you may close the same on arrival. Thus prior information is requested in case you are getting late to return back to your home away from home. Kitchen Access charges of Rs 1250 is applicable towards Kitchen Usage in case you require to use the Cooking Gas. This would be charged additional at a Flat Rate for a Booking of upto 1 month. For Longer Stay Bookings it would add on per month.
