The space * In terms of location, we are both isolated from the crowd in nature surrounded by trees and in a short time such as 5 minutes by car, we are in a location where necessary places such as grocery stores, butchers, bakeries, restaurants, mosques, pharmacies, etc. and social places such as ORMANYA Natural Life Park, Sapanca Lake, Seka Camp, Sukay Park, Özdilek Shopping Mall-Game Factory, Kartepe Cable Car/ Glass Terrace can be reached. * We offer a sheltered and peaceful area with a private garden for our guests. * You can have a pleasant time in our 3*5 heated pool. * You can enjoy your breakfast by the pool. * You can have fun with your family as you wish with our green space of sufficient size. * You can enjoy a barbecue in the garden barbecue. * Check-in time to our house is 2:00 pm and check-out time is 12:00 pm. * There is one double bed and a sofa that can be a double bed. We can provide additional bed support depending on the situation. It has a maximum capacity of 4 people. * All the cooking utensils are available in our kitchen. * We provide indoor heating with underfloor heating as well as a natural gas fireplace. * Our air conditioner is only for cooling. Guest access The entire place and garden are for the use of our guests. Other things to note Dear guests, we kindly ask you to consider the following information for a more comfortable and safe stay. * Our guest priority is families and groups of women, all our guests staying in our homes are required to present an ID or passport at check-in. * Check-in Time: 2:00 pm / Check-out Time: 12:00 pm. An extra fee is requested for check-outs that are not made at the specified times. * It is not appropriate to bring guests from outside, other than the guests staying. If it is determined that guests are brought in from outside, criminal proceedings will be applied by official institutions. * Our house can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. If the number of people is exceeded, an additional fee will be charged. * It is not appropriate to take the movable items in our house outside. In the event of damage or loss of items in our home, the guest undertakes to pay the price determined by us. * Since there is a smoke detector in our house for security purposes, it is not appropriate to smoke inside. Penal action will be taken if consumed. * For security purposes, a gas detector, fire extinguisher and medicine cabinet are also available in our house. * There is also a glass breaking hammer on the upper floor window sill for use in emergencies. * Barbecue, hookah, etc. are not suitable for burning on the patio. You can have a barbecue, grill or hookah in the area reserved for our guests in the garden. * Do not throw toilet paper, diapers, etc. into the toilet bowl. * We are not responsible for regional electricity, water or natural gas outages. * You are kindly requested to dispose of your bathroom and kitchen garbage when checking out at the end of your stay. * The body and glass of the fireplace form a hot surface. Please do not touch and make sure your children do not touch. It's our priority for you to have a safe stay. * There is a shoe rack on the left side of the door at the entrance. On the right side of the door, there is a wardrobe for hanging clothes. * Our sofa is a model that can be opened and become a bed. There is a duvet cover, duvet and pillow in the lower base of the sofa. * We also have wooden candle holders at the bottom of the fireplace.
