In short, a place where it's good to live and recharge your batteries! The space You will access the apartment via a narrow staircase, signature of the houses of yesteryear. Inside, a small hall where you can store shoes and coats in the closet. You will discover a bright and spacious living room, ideal for sharing convivial moments with family or friends. A fully equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare delicious meals to delight the whole table. Because vacations are also about the happiness of enjoying every moment with our loved ones from the start of the day, you'll find a sensible coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. What could be better than waking up with the good smell of breakfast waiting for us? To delight all foodies, you can walk to one of our artisan bakers where you can find, among other things, croissants, chocolate bread and fresh bread... You will also discover on this level of the apartment a large bedroom with parquet flooring (bedroom 1) equipped with a king size bed and a large dressing room. A travel crib can easily be installed if needed! Just across from the bedroom you will find a bathroom toilet, equipped with a washing machine, hairdryer and straightener. You will access the 2nd level by a real miller's staircase. The staircase is secured by barriers so that children are safe upstairs. The landing serves a charming bedroom (bedroom 2) composed of 2 beds of 90, a closet intended for this room which allows you to store and use the belongings of the little ones discreetly, a 3rd bedroom (bedroom 3) with a double bed and a large closet, and a bathroom toilet, for more practicality and comfort for the family. An office space will be installed soon. When the good weather returns and on request, you can access the courtyard, for your meals or simply to relax. The view of the hidden gardens of La Clayette promises you a real moment of rest... As you will have understood, this apartment with old-fashioned charm and modern comfort, is a call to relaxation, conviviality and sharing good times... For your comfort and because there are no beautiful days without restful nights, all the beds have been equipped with new and comfortable mattresses.
