Family home 15 min walk to beach

Welcome to our bright, spacious family home in the seaside village of Felpham. Close to Goodwood festivals, picturesque towns of Arundel and Chichester, and of course a 15 minute walk to Felpham’s own lovely seafront. Nearby amenities include a small local shop only a 2 minute walk away, as well as several large supermarkets and retail parks within a few minutes drive. Guests are welcome to make use of our baby/toddler toys and equipment, or they can be hidden away for a more relaxing stay. The space Downstairs is a large and airy kitchen diner, leading onto a conservatory through which the garden is accessed. The kitchen also has a utility nook tucked away. There is also a separate large living room downstairs. Upstairs is a master bedroom with en-suite, two other large bedrooms and a family bathroom with separate bath and waterfall shower. Unless specifically requested for guest use, the smallest bedroom/nursery will be locked for our own storage space. One of the bedrooms has a desk and ergonomic chair which can be used for work. On request, we can also leave out a laptop stand and monitor screen. Guest access All room except the downstairs office and smallest bedroom which will we locked and used for storage of our personal belongings.
