Recently renovated furnished 3-room apartment on the ground floor, in a village house. All amenities: bakery, tobacco-press, florist, butcher, fishmonger, dry cleaner, supermarket, seamstress, bars, restaurants, local grocery store... all within walking distance. Large free parking nearby. Nearby: A64, A65 motorway exit, SNCF train station in Artix, intercity bus lines 5 min walk. Lacq activity basin, Basque-Landes coast 1.5 hours by car, Pyrenean ski resorts accessible by car. The space Sleeps 6 (bed linen provided) distributed as follows: - 1 bedroom double bed - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds - 1 double sofa bed Equipped kitchen: induction cooktop, microwave oven, coffee machine (Senséo), kettle, toaster, refrigerator, freezer, oven, kitchen set for 6 people. Cooking utensils suitable for cooking in small groups or with more guests. TV + wifi with fiber optics Bathroom, walk-in shower and separate toilet Bed linens are provided. Please bring your own towels. For the comfort of the little ones and to reduce the bulk of the older ones, you will find at your disposal a baby potty, a booster seat and a toilet reducer. A travel cot is available upon request. As much as possible, we try to be available to welcome you and facilitate your arrival. If, however, this is not possible, a key box allows for an independent check-in or check-out. Guest access Guests have their own private entrance to access the accommodation. It is completely independent from the rest of the house. We're committed to welcoming guests. However, in order to facilitate arrival or departure, a key box can be used. Other things to note When you arrive, you will find a welcome basket, enough to make a first hot drink and some sweets. You will have at your disposal: the necessary for the dishes (liquid, sponge, dish towel, hand towel), liquid soap, a garbage bag and a roll of toilet paper. Bed linen and kitchen linen are provided. However, we do not provide towels. The kitchen has a Senseo coffee machine. A travel cot can be provided, as well as a baby potty. The apartment is non-smoking and parties are not allowed. A lockbox allows arrivals and departures even at staggered times.
