In winter, a large network of cross-country ski trails is prepared on both sides of the valley. Fishing and paddling Tisleidalen offers good fishing opportunities in fresh mountain waters. The Tisleia river is one of Norway's best mountain trout rivers, and fly fishing is especially popular here. The river flows into Pardisfjorden and Ølsjøen, which are also great for paddling and fishing. Cycling There are great bike opportunities on the slack, open mountain roads in Tisleidalen! It is also possible to cycle in the mountain bike park at the Red Cross Center Merket.
